Saturday, our branch plus our new 7 members, spent the day in the mountains, at the mountain home of the Mondelli's. It was cool and beautiful everywhere. The sisters came too. Most everyone went on a 10 K hike to the top of the mountain, which is in back of the Mondelli's house. The whole mountainside smelt like oregano and mint. There were 4 non members there, plus our 7 new members and also 5 missionaries and 5 old members. Nami is the cute dalmation dog with the Cub Scout scarf on. She made it to the top of the mountain. 8 year old Marco made it to the top by himself and his father carried him home all the way down the mountain.
Geri - thanks for doing your blog. We enjoy reading about your experience. The Tappens here in NYC remember you from the MTC and say 'Hello!'. I've had a few 'damnation' dogs myself. Warm regards, Tom H
