We were so happy to have Tommy and Cam come visit us for a few days before they took off on a Medditeranean Cruise. Their baby Liam is just six weeks old, and they brought him too. I got to hold him and kiss him and hold him some more. He is so precious. We took them to Pompeii and we got to wander the streets and picture what life was like before Vesuvius blew. I was surprised how well preserved the whole city was. It was a sunny day, with no rain, and Liam slept all day except one time when he ate. He was a perfect baby tourist!
We stopped along the Amalfi Coast for a few pictures on the way back to Battipaglia.
Vietri Sul Mare is my favorite little village on the Amalfi coast. There is a nice pull off
spot to take pictures, so we always do. Anziano Scherbel took a short nap while I was taking pictures. That man can fall asleep anywhere, anytime!
